The Management Committee of the AMA are accountable for ensuring the continued viability, setting the strategic direction and monitoring the clubs affairs.
The system of rules, practices and processes by which the organisations are directed and controlled are detailed in the Corporate Governance Statement.
The Management Committee reviews and approves the Associations three-year strategic plan and policies as set out in the operational policies of the Clubs Management Manual. Day to day management of the Associations affairs and implementation of Management Committee plans and policies are the functions of the CEO and senior management.
The Management Committee of the AMA are all volunteers receiving no remuneration. The CEO and senior management are not members of the Management Committee.
